Just a reminder to everyone;

If you are going to do anything to the exterior of your house, the CC&Rs (available here under downloads) under Article VI Architectural Control, Section 1, require that you submit an application to the HOA.

Along with that, any structural changes probably dictate that you get a Building Permit from the County.

A new section has been added to the website!
The Board has decided to set up formal Policies and Procedures so that the decisions made by the Board now and in the future will have a common base and can have continuity and be fair to all.

Snow season is coming. Have you started to get ready? Does your car or truck need tires? Is the antifreeze ok? Is your house ready? Those spots on the road that normally have icing problems
 need to be remembered. Slow = GOOD!


For potential owners: We have year around access, the roads are plowed when snow reaches 6 inches during the winter and maintained in summer by the HOA.

The Lt. Governor has issued the Certificate of Dissolution. It has been recorded with the County Recorder. The Town is officially over.

High Mountain View Dr. is smooth again, but the Water District still has topping gravel to be put on it after the water main break at the lower tank.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions and possible snow covered roads on less used roadways.
